Active renovation and rental work across New Hampshire means we need both: strong subcontractors for licensed trades, and reliable people for hands-on help paid cash hourly. Agents, wholesalers, and lenders in our markets are welcome to reach out too.
We are looking for the best subs for specialized work — clear scopes, fair pay, and repeat projects when the fit is right.
We also hire labor and helpers for cash hourly work — part-time, weekends, one-off days, or steady call-backs as projects move.
